Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Browse the current festival collection, add your bakes to the cart, and check out with your name and phone number. No account is needed — we'll take it from there.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by local bank transfer. After you place your order, you'll see our bank details — transfer the total within 72 hours and upload your receipt on the payment page. Your order is confirmed once we've checked the receipt.

Do you deliver?

Yes — we deliver across Brunei, with the delivery fee shown at checkout based on your district. You can also collect your order for free from our home in Kampong Kiulap, Brunei-Muara.

How far in advance should I order?

Every item is baked fresh to order, so we need at least one day's notice — the date picker at checkout only shows dates we can make. Popular bakes often sell out before the festival, so the earlier you order, the better.

Is everything halal?

Yes. Everything is baked in our halal home kitchen using only halal ingredients — never alcohol or lard.

What about allergies?

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we can't guarantee any bake is free of traces. If you have an allergy, mention it in the special requests box at checkout or message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Can I order between festival seasons?

Each collection opens for a limited time before its festival and closes once we're fully booked. Between seasons, follow us on Instagram — that's where we announce when the next collection opens.
